It is two blocks from the West Vancouver Senior’s Center and Community Centers. Marine Drive, a major bus route, is a few blocks away. On weekdays the Community Bus stops hourly just outside the front entrance, connecting seniors to local shopping centers, churches, doctor’s offices and clinics, the West Vancouver library and Senior’s Center.

Each apartment is approximately 525 square feet with a full kitchen, bedroom and bathroom. Closets in each room provide plenty of in-suite storage. Each suite has a balcony or patio for outside enjoyment and gardening. The large bathroom has a walk-in shower complete with grab bars and shower seat. For those who enjoy baths there is a unique oasis-themed Spa room with whirlpool tub. The building is secured with a key fob entry system and private access to each apartment.
The main floor has a comfortable entrance lobby with cozy chairs for sitting and gathering. The dining room is a stunning open space with large windows on three sides letting in the natural light.
